This service enables real estate investors to apply for a residency visa linked to property ownership within the Emirate of Dubai, with the possibility to sponsor a spouse and children, in accordance with the type of ownership and the specified eligibility criteria.
Step I: A customer will move to a service center
Step II: A customer will submit the service requirements and pays the fees
Step III: A customer will perform a medical examination at the center
Step IV: Sending the residence permit of the applicant via e-mail

6- Good Conduct Certificate issued in Dubai (addressed to Dubai Land Department)
Family Residency:
1- NOC from father (notarized, if mother is sponsor)
2- For daughters above 18: Social status certificate from Dubai Courts
3- Copy of sponsor’s Emirates ID and original passport
4- Recent personal photograph as per Emirates ID requirements
5- Attested marriage certificate
6- Attested birth certificates for children (male and female)
7- IBAN
Parents Residency (1 year):
1- Copy of sponsor’s Emirates ID and passport
2- Attested dependency certificate from consulate
3- Personal photograph
4- Bank statement for last 3 months
5- Attested birth certificate

Eligibility Criteria:
1- Individual Ownership: The property owner is allowed to apply for the issuance of a license and residency visa, regardless of the property value.
2- Joint Ownership: A co-owner of the property is allowed to apply for the issuance of a license and residency visa, provided that their share value is not less than AED 400,000.
