Real Housewives of New York City Original Stars Land New E! Series Set in Palm Beach: 'We're Back Darlings!'

The self-proclaimed “OGs of New York City” are returning to screens!

On Tuesday, Feb. 3, E! announced that former Real Housewives of New York City stars Luann de Lesseps, Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon and Sonja Morgan are reuniting for the network’s new docuseries, with the working title, The Golden Life. The “iconic” N.Y.C. friend group is trading in the Big Apple for Palm Beach, Florida, for a 10-episode season that is “sun-soaked with a sliver of shade,” per the official press release.

“Bound by decades of shared history, fallouts and friendship, this fan-favorite group of New Yorkers are starting fresh together in the Sunshine State,” it reads. “In this new “golden” era of life, the longtime friends are thriving in and around Palm Beach with fabulous second homes and a bustling social scene.”

“With their signature humor and non-stop hijinks, the series will follow the group as they navigate dating, family, and career milestones,” the release continues. “Though skies are bright in Florida, unresolved drama looms as they reconnect after years of highs and lows.”

The cast, who are known for their time on RHONY’s early seasons, appeared in a video on E!’s official Instagram page celebrating the news.

In the clip, they reveal that fans “asked,” “wrote in,” “have been DMing” and “even called” asking for them to come back to reality television.

“It’s really happening!” Kelly says before Luann declares, “We’re back darlings!”

According to the ladies, being in Florida “means more brunching, munching, more dancing” — which Ramona notes “of course leads to turtle time!”

Luann, citing the title of her 2011 single, adds that we will see “more chic c’est la vie.”

Kelly says that there will be “more cartwheels and even more sand angels” this time around.

Jill then teases, “We are ready for action.”

“I cannot wait for you to join us girls for The Golden Life,” Sonja concludes.

This comes four years after Bravo rebooted RHONY in 2022 for its 14th season, which featured a whole new cast of Housewives after a controversial and low-rated season 13.

Luann, Ramona and Jill were all part of the debut season in 2008. Kelly joined in season 2, while Sonja entered in season 3.

The Golden Life is set to begin filming this Spring.
