No. AI doesn’t need to be trained on child porn to create child porn. It only needs to be trained on human anatomy at different ages. The rest it can do through being trained in legal porn. This is why moderation filters in AI tend to be heavy handed and still unreliable.
I was trying to conjure up up a similar reply…but you nailed it. There must be a savvy lawyer that sees this point plainly.
It actually only need to scrap family albums on Instagram/FB/Outlook Storage for the kid's pictures and it's all set. I'm expecting a multitude of parent's going to court after finding random porn media with their kid's faces in it.
