St Peter, MN - Craig Francis Madigan was born, July 17, 1951, to Francis (Hook) and Marian Madigan of Madison Lake. He joined brothers, Roger, John and Tom.
Craig attended All Saints Catholic school, transferred to and graduated from Mankato high. He worked for the St Peter State Hospital in the laundry department for 38 years.
He married Rhonda Pehrson in 1971. They had four children. Tracy, Christopher, Angela and Shannon. Divorced in 1978.
In 1980, he married Beverly Nesje, accepting her two boys, David and Dennis Nesje as his own.
He was preceded in death by Mom, Dad, Roger, Mary Lou, John and Tom, daughter Shannon, son Chris, niece and nephew, Jody and Cody, Brother-in-Law Don Schnieder.
Craig is survived by his wife of 45 years, Bev. Son's David and Dennis Nesje and daughter-in law Marcy Nesje. Granddaughters Samantha, Bailey and Graceyn. Also, sister in laws, Bonnie Schneider, Barb (Dale) Grunzke, Linda Madigan and Mary Jane Madigan, Daughters Tracy and Angela and their families plus many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was a good man, with a big heart, and an Irish soul!
There will be no services held, but we will have a memory-get together, in the back yard on his Birthday, July 17th. Bring a chair, a beverage and your favorite memories. 5pm till close :)
