I ate dark chocolate every single night (FOR YEARS) Figured I was being healthy... it's the "good" treat, right? When I started tracking my sleep a couple of years ago I realized I was never truly getting deep sleep... Before I link the video so you can see what I found out.. Be honest. Do you eat something sweet before bed? Full breakdown here: https://youtu.be/xR8Ziei-nPI

Dark chocolate every night, obviously
A few nights a week
Never touch it
Wait… is that actually a problem?

I got this question over on Stava so I figured I would answer it here as well! I have a pretty low resting heart rate. It started to lower as I was losing weight, but then really started to lower when I got into running more. The more I ran slow, conversational runs with friends the better my heart rate got. Over time its just settled around 45bm I think there is a lot at play here, from the breathing exercises I like to do, the amount of running, weight loss... but also maybe just it's me. I see a lot of runners with different heart rates, everyone is different so base it off yourself. Don't train to get someone else's heart rate, just train to improve yours.

Youtube is suppressing my newest video for some reason. After 10 years of looking at analytics you can tell when something is off...
