The Wiki is not safe. It's hacked by someone. Log out immediately, I got BSOD by a fucking message.

Cobblestone had her password reset by someone with internal access to servers, and everyone was demoted (including Salt). We don't know who's in charge of wiki but it could be Quote's or Salt's doing.
