A website is not a legal entity.Fair enough, you don't really have any other options, and it's nice that you actually give that disclaimer. Just help me out here on one thing, aren't all these websites/software under My.com B.V. rather than being sister companies ? Like in both privacy policies it seems to say that "we are My.com B.V. located at x" not "donationalerts.com located at x and we operate under My.com B.V." ? I am not brushed up on that and your legaleze is better than mine but do they write it correct to be considered a sister company and not the company itself ?
When you use the service "Facebook.com" you're not actually entering a contract with "Facebook.com" but with "Meta Platforms Ireland Limited." if you're located in the EU.
The idea that a website is dodgy because in its terms of service the legal entity does not match the website's name is flat out retarded.
A quick Google search will show you that My.com B.V. is a subsidiary of the VK group.
Like joosh said, at this point this is basically "cyrilic text is scary".
