Diese Daten sind nicht personenbezogen und lassen keine Identifizierung der Chatnutzer zu. Sie werden ausschließlich zum Zweck der Verbesserung der Dialoge und zur Fehleranalyse verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

Die Übertragung Ihrer Fragen und Analysedaten an melibo erfolgt sicher durch eine SSL-Verschlüsselung (Transportverschlüsselung). Der Zugriff ist durch Firewalls geschützt, die unberechtigte Zugriffe von außen verhindern.
