These are bots that were set up by the UTTP to garner attention from absolutely everyone that they can target. They only pop up in huge youtubers comment sections, such as Penguinz0 and other similar channels. Don't pay attention to the bots, instead just report them for child abuse and ignore them entirely. What's worse though is that the UTTP is trying to find a way to compromise peoples accounts by making them watch the "funny" video of a dog being put down. It hasn't been entirely confirmed, but from allegations against the UTTP, it was leaked that they would try to upgrade the bots and inject malware into their systems, of course it won't harm the bots, but it will harm anyone and everyone that watches that video.

Once again, do not pay attention to these bots. Report them as much as you can and ignore them. If you see a reply from an AUTTP bot, then pay attention to those, as they are super helpful in defending the internet from the UTTP.
