Get yourself one of these. Should jam it if the frequency the GPS is at is the same as the jammer. Also if you know the exact schematics of the camera you could fire a well-placed shot at it with an AR-15 fitted with a silencer and a brass catcher.

Doesn't really matter if you're just gonna cut it, but that will make a lot of noise. 2: They might have additional, hidden cameras to spot vandals. 3: sends Automatic alert to both local police department and HOA, along with the flock support team, if they detect you tamperingg with it. For example, it sends a signal if the camera is tilted, loses power, or is disconnected. 4: It has internal location tracking and an internal battery, so it sends its live location 24/7. 5: they send all data to the cloud immediately, so you cant delete the footage of your crime 6: If caught, fines being from 800$. 7: In "high-risk areas" (probably black neighborhoods), they have additional audio and video sensors to detect gunshots, so if you even try climbing the pole or getting too close, it might send a "person detection" alert to the local police/HOA.
