Field work has played a crucial role in advancing research and improving forecasts. However, field work often comes with many unexpected twists and turns leading to stories that can last a lifetime. This session will include three rotations of speakers specializing in tropical or severe weather, who will each share unique insights from their time in the field and examples of the importance of field work. After each presentation, there will be a short Q&A to address any questions you may have!-
