Fantastic example to have shown here by the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA). 💫 Not only does a second language open up countless career opportunities in football, but it develops intelligence in players that aids: - faster decision making, - ability to play well in chaos and - read the opposition clearly. It's no coincidence that 19/20 of history's top World Cup goal scorers spoke a second language 🗣️🏆⚽ Nor why so many professionals come to me because they've hit a ceiling when trying to work with clubs across the world. Let's do better. Instead of waiting for lost job opportunities or talent, we can prepare young people earlier in their careers by giving them REAL, RELEVANT, CONTEXT-BASED LANGUAGE that's meaningful and that they want to use on the pitch.
