Quora has rejiggered its feed algorithm to prioritize AI content from Quora’s AI bots. Much of that rejiggering involved taking views away from the top most popular human accounts and steering them to the Quora AI accounts like FeverIndex and OpenBlueprint. The week the new feed algorithm went into operation, my views fell by 70%.
I have muted them. If they ever force me to have them in my feed, i expect it to be the end of Quora. At least it will be for me!
I blocked them too, but new ones keep popping up and needing to be muted…

Everyone was a top writer in 2018. They sprayed them everywhere as if to destroy the badge’s former value.

If they want to drive people like me, this AI bullshit and the tolerance for scammers and kiddy porn is doing it.
I don’t see the AI bots. I believe I have muted most (all?) of them.

The best approach seems to be to mute them individually. There has sometimes been an option to mute them all temporarily, but Quora has been inconsistent about providing this option and how long it lasts.
