The number of Murderers, as of Dec 2020, incarcerated in US state prisons is approx:
63,000 Blacks
39,100 Latinxes
37,600 Whites
Keep in mind: these are raw numbers, not per capita

Hispanics and Blacks are overrepresented in prisons for committing Violent Crimes. Of those incarcerated: 51% of Robbers are Black 45% of Assaulters are Hisp 65% of Murderers are Black or Hisp Outside "Violent", the only overrepresentation is for Blacks for "Weapons" crimes
