Know profession (does a trade but don't believe he advertises his services, might work for a company), the city block he lives in, the park he goes for walks in, the grocery store he goes to, a general description of his car (color & what kind), date of birth but still not first or last name.

Bvip is good for what it is, but it could really use stealer logs. Oath is good too, but I can almost guarantee it's gonna be a repeat of illicit.services where they're just going to make it fully paid eventually or add some shitty free trial so you have to enjoy it while it lasts.
Melissa.com served me extremely well over the years. It's cheap as fuck too and was (technically kind of still is) free for a very long time. You do need to request a trial account or whatever but they'd automatically top your account off every month with 1000 credits, with the highest searches costing maybe like 20. You didn't even need a business email you could just use a gmail or something, though I made that account back in 2023 so maybe things have changed since then.
They recently made it semi-paid though, as in you need to pay like $5 to verify that you're a real person which I feel like would probably discourage a lot of 'teens from using it, which is understandable. It's not really an 'oxing site, but it's an address validation site for businesses that has identify verification integrated into it, cause it pulls from USPS logs. It's only really good for the U.S., though.
