I have read that open AI/claude/etc have been using articles and information that is behind a paywall. I believe the NYT is suing open AI. What do you think the pay structure should be for LLMs to pay creators?

Tech folks, please suggest how I can transition out of my first job to find a better opportunity. I currently work an on-site job requiring a 52 km daily commute, and my salary cannot cover a basic apartment. When I requested a promised pay raise, our HR department ignored me and acted unprofessionally. Even I have great relationships with my colleagues, the CEO, and even HR overall, these frustrating issues persist. How should I navigate this? I am thinking to switch in a remote environment.
