Hey everyone,

Sorry this update took a little longer than expected. I've been dealing with a pretty rough illness and the recent heatwave, which slowed development down for a while. Thankfully, things are back on track and I'm excited to finally get this update into your hands.

Version 1.2.8 focuses heavily on expanding player interactions and creating more ways to earn money throughout Los Santos. The headline feature is the new Third Eye Interaction System, which provides a more immersive way to interact with pedestrians, vehicles, dumpsters, businesses, and much more.

Alongside that, this update introduces a Stock Market Phone App, Vehicle Hacking, a Pawn Shop, a Scrap Centre, new roleplay interactions, and a variety of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements based on community feedback.

📈 Stock Market Phone App

• Track, purchase and sell real-world stock market values directly from your phone.

• Market prices automatically refresh over time.

• Uses real market values and market opening times.

👁️ Third Eye Interaction System

A brand-new interaction system that makes engaging with the world quicker and more immersive.

Toggle Third Eye by:

• Double-tapping Left Ctrl on keyboard.

• Double-tapping R3 on controller.

• Selecting the Hand Icon in the Radial Menu.

🗑️ Dumpster Diving

• Search dumpsters around Los Santos for useful items and hidden loot.

♻️ Scrap Centre

• Collect junk and scrap materials found throughout the world.

• Sell unwanted items for extra cash.

💻 Vehicle Hacking

• Locked vehicles can now be hacked using a Hacking Tablet purchased from the Black Market.

• Available through the Third Eye interaction system.

💸 Give Money to Homeless NPCs

• Offer money to homeless pedestrians through Third Eye interactions.

😈 Rob Pedestrians

• Attempt to rob pedestrians directly through the Third Eye system.

🏪 Pawn Shop

• Sell stolen items and valuables for cash.

• Added to Fast GPS for easier access.

🚓 Police & Crime

Pullovers Improvements

• Fixed several issues affecting police traffic stops.

💵 Bribe Officers

• Attempt to bribe officers during traffic stops to avoid penalties.

• Success is not guaranteed.

🚗 Vehicle & PDM Updates

• Vehicles purchased from Premium Deluxe Motorsport now correctly disappear from the showroom floor after being sold.

• Fixed issues when charging and refuelling electric vehicles.

• The PDM safe can now be closed while money is actively being collected.

🏠 Crafting & Inventory

• Crack Cocaine crafting now correctly adds bagged product to the Stash House Cooker.

• Added additional help text to the Crafting tab within the Inventory menu.

🎨 UI & Quality of Life

• Added help text to the Radial Menu.

• Improved interaction prompts across multiple systems.

• General quality-of-life improvements throughout the mod.

I do apologise for the longer update, It was a very important month in my life and i got engaged! 💍, and i also had a lot of work to do get a new license system working, but we are back and ready to make more content for you all!

🔐 New Mod License System Implemented

To protect development work and ensure fair access for supporters, Project Santos now includes a new license system.

✅ How It Works

• Users must generate their personal license before accessing the mod (check guide in download)

• Each license is unique to the user.

🚫 License Sharing Policy

• License sharing is fully trackable.

• Accounts found sharing licenses will result in:

  • Immediate license revocation

  • Permanent access bans

• Press J on keyboard to open/close the radical menu (You can change this in the keys.ini)

  Press Q and E on keyboard to Move Slot,

  Press Enter to click slot*

  Hold LB on controller and press Left Dpad to open/close the menu

  Press Left and Right Dpad to navigate slots

  Press A/X on controller to click slot

🛠️ Changes And Fixes

• Fixed an issue where certain items were saving incorrectly in the inventory system.

• Resolved a bug where rental systems could spawn more than two vehicles from stock.

• Fixed intermittent issue preventing rental contracts from properly ending.

• Addressed jittering caused by ambient PDM pedestrian (PDM ped) spawning.

• Fixed a critical issue in ped creation that could result in player death.

• Resolved a bug preventing rehire of security guards after they had left due to wage issues.

• Fixed charity donation system incorrectly setting PDM bank balance to 0.

• Fixed issue where PDM parking space vehicles were not persisting correctly (still under observation).

• Removed Cavcade 2 from rental orders due to compatibility issues.

• Increased car wash speed — vehicles now clean approximately twice as fast.

• Reduced how quickly showroom vehicles accumulate dirt.

• Updated PDM coffee machine animation to use a physical prop for improved immersion.

• Removed F11 keybind. Settings can now be accessed via the new Radical Menu.

What's up gang?
Longer update as i have created a new FIVEM style phone system,
It took a lot of code to get it to where it is. There is currently a bug with the ammo and my custom weapon system, Please use the vanilla weapon system with F11 menu for now.

📔 Patch Notes

• PHONE SYSTEM:

  • Ifruitaddon2 no longer a requirement.

  • Clean Controller and keyboard friendly design

  • Phones now must be purchased (Normal Shops)

  • Once a phone is in inventory, Press it in inventory or Press 0 to open/close it.

• OTHER CHANGES

  • New simple Gas Delivery Job can be found on the map.

  • Fixed bug with drain settings causing out of range exception.

  • Added fall back code to filling vehicles gas so all Addons should work.

  • Fixed bug with cancelling insurance and it keeping the menu open for that vehicle.

  • Changed button to open fuel menu at stations to avoid conflict.

  • Fixed bug with persisted vehicle blips while sat inside them.

  • Reduced chance of robbery Peds during selling.

  • You can now sleep in vehicle by holding R3 controller or Left Control on keyboard until the menu appears.
