Started back on square 1 after 2 yrs of heavy slacking. We're at square 21 now. And daily. Still have work to do.

Turns out you can make a quick pizza using a tortilla.

A few things I've made this week.

Thịt nướng (grilled pork), salt and pepper chicken over veg and curried rice, and chè trôi nước (sweet rice dumpling in ginger syrup)

Hot cocoa cookies. And instead of butter I used plain yogurt and oil. Worked like charm

Post LSAT dinner slaps. Bún chả giò to unwind on a hot day.
