We have updated the information on the completion of integration, version information, and the status of some functions.
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for using Rakuten Mobile.
We are pleased to announce that starting from July 2026, we will gradually integrate all functions of "my Rakuten Mobile" app into the "Rakuten Link" app. This integration aims to enhance customer convenience, evolving the "Rakuten Link" app to enable calls, messaging, and contract management all in one application.
[Updated July 30, 2026 (Thursday)] As of July 30, 2026, all functions of the my Rakuten Mobile app have been integrated into Rakuten Link app. From Rakuten Link app version 4.0.0 onwards, my Rakuten Mobile within Rakuten Link app can be used by Login with your Rakuten ID, regardless of whether Rakuten Mobile SIM is inserted or not.

After the my Rakuten Mobile app is discontinued, please use the Rakuten Link app to view usage information and manage your contract details. If you don't have it yet, download the latest version for your device.

Please note that the notification history within the "my Rakuten Mobile" app will not be transferred. Be sure to check it before the app is discontinued.
For customers using Android 9 or below / iOS 15 or below
From July 2026, customers using Android 9 or below / iOS 15 or below will no longer be able to use the Rakuten Link app version 4.0.0 (formerly 3.8.0) or older.
[Updated July 23, 2026] The version notation has been updated. Version 4.0.0 of Rakuten Link app will be gradually released starting July 23, 2026, for Android and July 24, 2026, for iOS.
