Quantitatively Facebook is worse, meaning on the whole, worse things have occurred via Facebook (i.e. Myanmar). Qualitatively, Facebook and WhatsApp are mass communication websites that millions of people use, same with twitter. Not everyone on that site is part of the Tatamdaw and you can be on Facebook without being part of any reactionary circles or seeing any reactionary content.
I think Facebook is quantitively worse than Kiwifarms and Stormfront too does that mean I think people who have used Kiwifarms and Stormfront are the exact same as Facebook or Instagram or even Twitter users? I've been on 4chan before to browse it and when I was 14, I was an avid user of funnyjunk (4chan for babies) for about 7 months before I realised antifeminism was for losers. I recall something my-ex friend said before they cut ties with me over the 4chan discourse (and the "homestuck racism workshop" discourse but that's less relevant) was that there are boards on 4chan that you can use for just memes or whatever whereas you can't be on Kiwifarms without engaging in some kind of fucked up gangstalking.
I can somewhat accept that there is a possibility to use 4chan as just a "meme site" that might not necessarily exist for kiwifarms, so qualitatively you could argue 4chan is worse (I disagree because every time I visit 4chan slurs are just thrown around with wild abandon, it's not normal, although with how twitter is these days perhaps it is).
