Im so happy this game made a comeback so glad to be able to play it again would be good if steam could get bfme 1 bfme 2 and rotwk aswell im hoping in future steam will bring the online back for zero hour and generals with mod support

As a big fan of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, I somehow skipped Generals: Zero Hour for years—and that was a mistake.

The campaign is clearly not meant to be taken too seriously. It's over-the-top, cheesy, and full of stereotypes, but that's part of its charm. The real highlight is the multiplayer. What makes Zero Hour so addictive is its variety. Every general has unique abilities and strategies, making each match feel different and rewarding.

Despite its age, Zero Hour remains one of the best classic RTS games ever made. If you're a fan of the genre, it's still well worth playing today.

absolutely adore this game, been playing the C&C games since n64 1st brought it out in 1999 ! then onto playstation then pc thru ea games & disc's & finally now thru steam i have my entire collection of C&C back again. If you love strategy games & constantly having to think well ahead of time then the C&C games are for you! i personally love generals zero hour, being able to play all different sides, with all different types weapons & different types of generals just makes it more interesting then just gdi vs nod vs china. two thumbs up from me

I’m addicted like its 2009 again. Finding a match takes around 10 seconds, which is insane for a game this old. There’s even a ranking system now.
Huge respect to the developer community for keeping the game alive. You wouldnt believe how much work they put into it. They analyze crashed matches, release fixes regularly, keep improving the online experience, and this is only the beginning.
Obviously game is not ready to play after downloading on steam, you need genpatcher which will do all the work for you. Its all about few clicks, no hardcore tinkering needed.
