Today at 1:00 PM Central time the Texas-based pinball manufacturer Barrels of Fun revealed its fourth pinball machine - based on the iconic rock band Bon Jovi.
Here’s what I know about the game so far. The machine has two standard “Lightning” flippers plus two mini flippers, six balls, three magnets and two physical three-ball locks.
The art was done by Jonathan A. Bergeron, who has previously done art for Stern Pinball’s Jurassic Park, Multimorphic’s Final Resistance and Barrels of Fun’s Labyrinth and Dune.
Other notable features in the game include:
- Heart & Dagger magnetic ball catch and diverter
- “Steel Horse” three-ball lock
- “Crowd Amp-Up Loop”
- “Crowd Surf Jump Ramp”
- “Backstage Access”
- A functional sound-board-style apron with moving sliders
- Jon’s New Jersey guitar and Heart & Dagger sculpts
The following Bon Jovi songs are included in the game.
Livin’ on a Prayer
You Give Love a Bad Name
Wanted Dead or Alive
Bad Medicine

It’s My Life
Keep the Faith
Have a Nice Day
Born to Be My Baby

The game’s MSRP is $12,000. It is limited to 700 units Worldwide plus possible Barrels Reserve member access. If the initial release sells out within the first 7 days, eligible Barrels Reserve direct customers will receive an additional 7-day ordering window. After all orders are received, Barrels of Fun will announce the final edition number.
