To replicate what I've done you'll only need to edit registry HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell or something like that to be your desired shell, then in windows recovery environment or PE installation environment you can delete any system files; Delete dwm.exe, dwminit.dll, \SystemApps, Windows.UI.Logon (or whatever it's called), \Resources, \Cursors.
