Why does my Tracfone service get deactivated every month?

Why is it that I have autopay monthly my phone gets deactivated. I have to spend endless minutes to try to get this resolved. Cust service assures me each time it won't happen again and every month at end of my service month, instead of non interrupted service, my phone gets deactivated. This has been happening since April 2024. I've had tracfone for over 2 years. Cust service ppl are morons.

For the past 4 months I'm getting the same deal, I'm on autopay and every month I get disconnected and I have to call, and every time they claim they have it fixed.
