05 @HeiditheHoFjord These are human beings that are the most vulnerable of society and they are being ignored. Now this problem is a public health crisis and can no longer be ignored. Because these conditions spread disease the surrounding areas through vermin.

03 @HeiditheHoFjord I've seen rats crawling on people too high to react and passed out. Burned campsite after the next. The border between Gresham and Portland is like a shanty town you'd see in a 3rd world country.
