因應東鐵綫大埔墟站至粉嶺站列車服務暫停，九巴將加強路線W3 [上水 ⇋ 高鐵西九龍站（經粉嶺站轉車站、大埔超級城）]服務，方便乘客便捷往返兩區。

受危險棚架影響，長沙灣道近光昌街一段來回程全線封閉，逾40條路線需改道行駛︰

KMB and LWB announce the latest traffic arrangements (12:40)

The Strong Wind Signal No. 3 is now in force. Most KMB and LWB daytime services have gradually resumed. However, due to fallen trees or flooding, the following routes will be diverted or may take longer to resume:

New Territories East: 64K, 72, 72A, 73A, 74A, 74K, 76K, 77K, 79K, 81, 94, 99 and 299X

New Territories West: 51

Cross-harbour Routes: 103

Due to the suspension of MTR East Rail Line services between Tai Po Market Station and Fanling Station, KMB will enhance the service of Route W3 [Sheung Shui ⇋ High Speed Rail West Kowloon Station (via Fanling Station Bus-Bus Interchange and Tai Po Mega Mall)] to provide passengers with a convenient travel option between the two districts.

Due to a dangerous scaffold, both directions of the section of Cheung Sha Wan Road near Kwong Cheung Street has been closed. More than 40 KMB routes is temporarily diverted:

Kowloon: 2A, 2B, 2F, 2X, 6, 6D, 214

New Territories East: 72, 86, 86A, 98C, 270B, 286C, 286X, 298X

New Territories West: 30X, 31B, 35A, 36A, 36B, 37, 42A, 44, 45, 46, 52X, 58X, 59X, 60X, 66X, 67X, 68X, 69X, 234X, 238X, 265B

Cross-harbour Routes: 102, 171, 904, 905, 936

As Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre is temporarily closed, LWB Routes R8 and R33 will be diverted and omit Inspiration Lake.

Furthermore, the following routes will be temporarily suspended today:

33R, 74R, 78S, 91R, 92 (Express departures), 92R, 96R, 99R, 275R, 289R and 960P, “KMB TOUR HK” Open-top Bus: “CITY CHARM” HK1, “SKYWALK” HK2, and all Pet Bus Tours
