I (15M) am starting to notice my balls hurting a lot, it feels like a squeeze/ something trying to brush them from the inside. This started a few days ago.

Tbh. I'd go mention this to my parents or the caretaker you trust, not us on here. It could be due to many things, or nothing at all. Puberty can definitely cause some occasional aches, but constant pain for several days isn’t something that should just be laughed off. It could be something minor, but it could also be something that needs to be checked, out.
If the pain is severe, one testicle is suddenly much more painful than the other, it’s swollen, high-riding, red, or you’re nauseated/vomiting, tell another trusted adult (a school nurse, another family member, or another parent) and ask to be seen at an urgent care or by your doctor.
See your doctor immediately. You don’t want to risk a Testicular torsion. Play it safe and see a medical professional.

Could be a growth spurt of them so them getting bigger but the covering of them, the actual balls themselves aren't keeping up.
