I’m not 100% sure on what the Rearrange bit is though, but isn’t that if you upload multiple pictures/videos onto one link and want to organize those?

Yes.

If you go on the Folder, the only setting is Edit Folder, and Add/Remove Posts. It doesn’t let me actually move anything (I’ve tested it with the videos inside the Folders and the Folders themselves)

Then I suggest you request Imgur to implement this feature.

By "folders", do you mean albums (imgur.com/a/ and imgur.com/gallery/)?

They are there in the order you upload them. There should be a "rearrange" option in the sidebar on the right.

If you point the camera at the sun and dial ISO up to maximum, could that cause damage?

It looks like the checkbox was removed for 4- to 5-digit PINs only.

Tap PIN, enter a new PIN with 6 characters or more. An option to accept the PIN without tapping OK will appear.

Apparently, they raised the minimum for "OK-less" unlocking to six characters, not getting rid of it entirely. In Samsung's Android 12, it worked with 4 or 5 characters too.

Normally, smartphone manufacturers disable screen capture of "secure" areas. It's called "flag secure", the same thing WhatsApp uses to disable screenshots of profile pictures and view-once messages. (more details)
