TITLE: HP Thin Client System BIOS (K30 BIOS)

DESCRIPTION:
This package contains utilities that are used to restore or update the system
BIOS on the supported thin client models with a K30 BIOS.

Several methods for changing the BIOS version may be chosen. Included in this
package are the following methods:

- Use the DOS utility with a preboot execution environment (PXE) management
application to locally update or restore the system BIOS.
- Use HPQFlash to upgrade the BIOS directly in a Microsoft Windows
environment.
- Use the binary BIOS image file and the Linux update utility to upgrade the
BIOS directly in a Linux environment.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and
saving the file to a folder on your storage device (make a note of the folder
where the downloaded file is saved).

2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions
(Windows only).

3. For systems with Linux installed, unbundle the file in a Windows environment
and copy the resulting Linux Flash file folder (if needed) and the binary ROM
image 'DOS Flash\K30_0104.bin' to the unit or to a USB storage device.
