It's not about character, it's about identity. I'm not using those admissions to try and show he's a bad guy, what he's done already should be enough. I'm saying his face, on video, talking, in context, should be proof enough of his identity to validate that he's actually talkikg to me.

With his face?? Him sending me videos of his face talking about what I'm talking about? And casually admitting to other crimes unrelated to me? How do you fake that? And don't give me the far fetched deep fake thing, I don't find that believable at all.

We have been in contact for 3 days. Our case has been open for almost a year. I sincerely doubt he knows who I am because it's only been lawyer v lawyer. He's also, unfortunately pretty slow as far as I've seen. I've gotten a few good ones, most of them are either "talk to your attorney" "stop" "you're stupid" or "you deserve it". Those are unfortunately just not helpful for me.

For one, I don't entirely trust the system. I've been raped twice and I know a confession is the only way to justice, if that. He already didn't turn himself in or show up to court and he pled not guilty. It's not straightforward and easy and simple to just let a broken system do its job. For another thing, I didn't think it would go this far or be so easy, hence why I think it could be used.

When I have repeatedly stated in my original post and replies that I know this is shady and I would usually talk to my attorney, the "get a lawyer" talk is unhelpful. A reply that requests the how&why after receiving tons of comments about information I've repeatedly expressed I already know, doesn't warrant people saying it probably didn't even happen to me and I'm framing an innocent man. That is victim blamey and rude.

There were 5 people in the car. My party was 7 and walking. Passenger and driver stayed in the car, the 2 minor girls and adult male perpetrator jumped out. My little sister and her 2 friends ran and hid, my brother stepped back and started recording. All that's left of our party is me, my bf, and my roommate, opposing party is a guy and two girls. It was a 3v3 at the end of it, and they (mostly just the guy, who was drunk, angry, and bigger than everyone there) won. Me and my boyfriend got our asses beat. My roommate was hit twice and left laid out on the street.

Thank you, this comment is actually helpful. I have video of snaps being opened including video and photo of his face on the phone talking about relevance to our conversation. There has been nothing objectively sexual or even alluding to sex related ideas, just a lot of blowing smoke. He mentioned the driver might have a video of the incident, and I might be able to get him to admit to his identity if he would send that video and identify himself. And I know it's court, but the last sentence is just so unfair morally to me. I know I am sympathetic, and I should be able to seek justice because he really really hurt me. I hate that trying to get information appears to be unsympathetic.

That doesn't make sense at all to me. Could you help me understand? People in dv cases interact in the same way with their abusers/assaulters all the time. How would it be mistaken identity if his mugshot matches his face posted on all of his socials? And how would it be victim contacting perpetrator on his end if he doesn't know my identity? Since he isn't aware of that I feel like it would be the same if an uninvolved individual did this, happened upon the information, and gave it to me for my case.

That's what I'm waiting for. Y'all have to understand I'm not doing this because I want to talk to the guy who severely harmed me and my loved ones, but if it's that easy for him to blab I want to capitalize off that in the name of justice.

Hi! I'm on the same hunt! If you're still looking, I'm 19f female, your half would be 500 a month all bills paid, my roommate is moving in August. If you're interested, please message me!

I'm sorry, I don't see where they said anything about the speakers or being wild. I see the bbq and tents. And call me crazy but if you're apartment is so nice, I don't see why you couldn't just go inside for the afternoon, or better yet, grab a coffee. And with the state of police brutality in the US, I find it unethical to call someone who has a legal pass to kill over "annoyance".

I know!! I'm honestly shocked at the lack of condemning in the comment replies. He literally called the police on a group he described as "poor" for using his wealthy reserved pool when they were what..... Swimming in the pool....? Sure, whatever, trespassing, OKAY. but that just shows where OPs heart is at, and probably how they treat homeless people.

After reading the comments, this must be an unpopular opinion. But I think frankly you're being yuppy, entitled, and selfish. They were simply using the pool in the summer time and you called the police on them for no reason. Personally I don't think it matters if they are residents or not if it's a one day thing. You live in an apartment. It's not you or your families pool, you do not own it. It's a community pool and I'm having trouble seeing why it's such an issue if one group hopped the fence for one day and didn't do anything wrong. The way you described it, it feels like they may have been celebrating something. You complain about feeling surveyed, but you literally did multiple laps watching them (enough for someone to notice), and then literally called the police on them. What did they do to you? And before you say trespassing, why would that bother you if they didn't do anything wrong? And why were you so adamant on getting them out before the entire group came? Frankly you feel like a white person clutching their pearls. Get over it. Live and let live.

Could be anything. My cat walked under my dog and got pissed on and it looked like that. The symptoms of Lilly poisoning are very immediate, so unless she's sick, you shouldn't worry too bad.

I'm a strictly indoor cat owner, with the exception of one feral I've taken in. It was very. Hard. The answer is not easy, but simple;

Make inside more like outside, and give more attention.

A third option to consider is getting him a playmate. Cats are more easily entertained with someone that will play with them ALL THE TIME. but that's just something to consider.

Since your cat is not feral and not even fully outdoor, I'd highly recommend not giving in from the start. Ignore the cries at night with headphones, address the cries during the day with attention, play time, and solo enrichment activities. That can look like cuddles and pets, lure and string toys, and kibble in towels, toilet paper roll, or boxes. Structured and scheduled playtime is important too, but the most important aspect is consistency. Little things you can do is simply involvement. Are you making something? Let them sniff your tools. Doing your makeup or cooking food? Pretend to do theirs or let them try a cat safe ingredient. Let them be with you. This is also not easy, because many people don't want cats on the counter or the back of the couch, but if your house is more appealing to them than they will desire outside less. Up your play time by A LOT.

House modifications are optimal in every cat house I feel, but limited in necessity and availability depending on your living situation and cats personality. The most important thing is vertical space and visual enrichment. I have a window I keep open often with a screen I nailed in, and a seperate window with good, ground level views that I have a cat tree set up in front of. It has views of birds and squirrels and sun.

However, the thing that all of my cats have used the absolute most is my cat wall. I have wide, carpeted steps, a 5 foot mounted scratcher, and a catwalk close to the ceiling. This is hard lol but make any interaction positive when introducing. I let my cats use the vertical scratcher on the ground for two days and slowly made it more vertical (just by short exposure training sessions, just holding it to the wall with my hand) to help them learn how to climb it. The lure toy is fantastic for this, and a couple churus too. Then they were locked in the bathroom during the installment of each element so the power tools didnt scare rhem. I can't recommend it enough. It has made my feral intake not want to go outside in only 10 months! And it took 3 years for him to warm up to me enough to take him inside. He still doesn't let me hold him but my other 3 cats are entirely desensitized to everything. EVERYONE loves the cat wall. Even human guests think it's neat lol.

For reference, I would recommend a build like outdoor savannah on Instagram or tik tok. A lot of the more aesthetically pleasing ones are expensive and less cat oriented.

This is a recipe to make any cat happy, but it will really help to make an indoor/outdoor or outdoor cat happy.

I know it's not an easy fix, it takes a lot of.... Everything. Time, money, resources, and commitment. But if it helps, I have one full wall that was only around 80 bucks with the diy route! And this will give you the most success rate for a happy and healthy cat.

It was cropped weird when I was reading the text. But you're being purposely dense when I'm very clearly talking about the very obvious latte in the picture. "So just to be clear, you think the other customers drink that's 2 pixels big in the background looks like a latte...?" No dude🙄 don't be like that.

I have a primary for her, I know about the fee and the one in my state has a fee by time. I just called her vet fee free. Girl I know 5mo is a kitten. I'm really good at kitten proofing and I've had quite a few. When they were done with their quarantine last week they were out into the living room. Solána found my hidey hole I guess. That shelf is 5 feet off the ground with no surrounding items to climb and in a DRAWER on the top. My flower, glass, eddies and cigs are all in there. No other kitten of mine has EVER gotten that far, especially not after only being in the house for a week. She opened each drawer individually and ladder climbed to the top. I think the reason she only got one cig is because it was such a feat to even get into that space in the first place.

I just called my vet and they said monitor for abnormalities.

I might need to put a lock on my shelf, it was top shelf in a drawer where all my nic and weed is. She only got one cig. I usually consider myself well off when it comes to kitten accommodations, it's not my first rodeo. But she really reached where no others have.

Don't say that😹 I'm really fucking bad at reddit so I get my fair share of rude replies. intersectional means like a slurry of components that meet in the middle to find an equilibrium. Like if you had 3 species of fish, one needed a 75-80 temperature range, one needed 78-82, and one needed 72-82, a tank temperature of 79° would be an example of an intersectional temperature. It works for everyone.

Sorry to hear about your longfin. I agree the conditions are intersectional for all species. That should be fine. I don't see that reply but I guess I disagree. If you're really worried, for me the first to go would be the snails. They might have the most emmisisons. But I very genuinely think it'll be okay. Territory wise, if you're really worried, the Betta and the pair might tussle. But if you have more than one Betta you could trade a more tolerant one. 2 of my most tame male bettas got along with no visible aggression in my 50 long, so I'm hard stood on Betta temperament being very individual. But since you have a long, if they do have an issue, i doubt it would be DANGEROUS. they have enough room to escape.

I don't think it's overstocked. I have a similar set up and I've never had bacterial or territorial issues. I have a 20 gal long tank with my Betta, probably about 15 misc shrimp, 5 kuhlils, a school of 9 neons, and 5 peppered and julii Cory's. What exactly are you worried about? Bio capacity or territorial aggression? Week one my Betta chased my neons a bit, but the temperament of him is pretty lax, so he lost interest. He's eaten 1 deceased shrimp but I'm pretty sure he had already died.

I love tanks for nuthin. I've done filterless and no maintenance a couple times, and I have like 20 sealed organic ecosystems. Backwater could be interesting too, I almost considered some frogs before I remembered what I was working with. Maybe I can get my hands on some native salamander larvae and see just how much of a paludarium I can build in a 10 gallon. But that almost feels too much, yk? I'm sure it could be done but I'm getting ahead of myself. There's just not enough inspo pictures of well done 10 gallons. Let me see a tannin rich, dark water 10 gallon pleeeeessaeee 😭

I find all of my Betta fish beautiful, but certain fish aren't as interesting when you know all the ends and outs of them. I've had enough bettas to see many of their personalities, and they're the number one fish you think of when thinking of a pet fish, maybe only beaten by goldfish. They're just very common. But yes, you can use unique, that's a good word as well.

The small space is somewhat true, but like I said, micro aquariums are very interesting and diverse. Tiny tanks with arthropods and micro fish. >5 gals are fun because they're challenging. 10 gal is an awkward size, it feels like a waste if it's made into a shrimp tank, but there are plenty micro fish that can make it work, but they're also just basic, even if a classic. I could easily make a pretty, and open scape for 10-12 guppies or neons, but I want something a little more interesting.

I know there are cool fish out there in the trade, that's why I asked, with examples of what I would be looking for. Cavefish, bamboo shrimp, someone could share their native species tank for inspo, or mussels. Someone replied with crayfish, that would be awesome. I can't see their reply while I'm replying to you, but they left some pretty good suggestions.

Edit: and jsyk, bettas build bubble nests for 2 reasons, they are marking new territory, aka literally a new tank or the scape or water conditions have changed, or they are visually exposed to a female. They're not necessarily indicative of a happy or healthy fish.

Stock advice, rare and interesting
Stock advice, rare and interesting

I'm fairly experienced in freshwater tanks these days, but I took a break for a while and I just retired my very first fishtank. I just picked up a 10 gallon to stick in a corner with promise to myself that it would be cool enough to be very interesting, different, and unique. I'm still brainstorming scape, but I'm really getting excited daydreaming about stock. I've only had a couple micro tanks, and while 10 gallons isn't TINY tiny, I feel like I don't see enough interesting pieces that are 10 gallons. Little shrimp tanks can be gorgeous, and I love all my 40+ gallons, but I just never see anything in 10.

Anyways, I scrubbed it out and took the rim off. Scape suggestions welcome too.

I want something rare, something you don't see everyday. I'm thinking about cavefish, mussels, or maybe native small fishes I can find in a local creek bed, but likely not because there won't be amazing flow considering shape and size.

Thus far I've realized I'm having trouble expressing what I want, lol. I know asking for advice based on vibes is annoying. But if you have any ideas I'd love to hear!

They don't seem to notice or care. And if they did they can move it or put up a fence. And that's even disregarding the debatable opinion that you can "own" wild plants at all. And even if all points go your way,,, I don't care! 🤷 So you won't get very far talking to me.

They're not hard to grow and there's an abundance. Already thinking you can own plants when they're literally outside is silly within itself. But expecting people not to touch a literal drug when there is no fence and it is less than 5 feet from a busy main road is fucking ridiculous. I doubt you could even pick up a table, how about you go pick up a job application. 😹
