Do you want criminal charges or to avoid responsibility for a possibly pregnancy?

You can call the police if you want criminal charges; there is no way to avoid supporting the pregnancy if it is yours and the mother seeks support.

If a baby comes out in America it is your responsibility even if she commits a crime you might just end up with custody now.

I just don’t want to have responsibilities for a kid that I didn’t want and I didn’t put myself in the position to have, she forced me to. If i did tell the police how would I prove it?

Unfortunately, you can't really prove it. It will be her word against yours ultimately.

They'll ask you if you consented to fooling around; you'll say yes. They'll ask if you agreed to touch each other; you'll say yes. At that point, all evidence is out the window. They have no way to prove what happened behind closed doors unless the girl confesses.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. While it’s unlikely she is pregnant after this encounter, your anxiety and fears are very understandable. You set a clear boundary with her and she violated it. Maybe it goes against instinct, but it could be worth sending her a message reiterating that her behavior was not okay and it violated you, and then block her. Again it’s extremely unlikely she is pregnant, but I think that would maybe lift some weight off of you to have that established and in writing.

If you do this, don't block her. Keep accepting the messages as evidence, but don't respond. Screenshot them incase they can be deleted.

she just keeps denying

Pregnancy? I would be more concerned about STIs that you may have now contracted.

Its very unlikely she would get pregnant from what you described. If she reaches out to you claiming to be pregnant and wanting money for an abortion or to help support the pregnancy, do not send her money. There is a common scam where women will try and fake a pregnancy to get money from men they have had sex with. If she continues to reach out and insist it is yours, tell her you won't do anything until there is genetic testing proving the child is yours. If 9 months or so down the road you receive a court summons for child support, do not ignore it. Instead go to the court date and demand genetic testing.
