Stellantis Workers Seek Final Court Nod for Wage Suit Settlement

Stellantis production workers requested a Michigan federal judge sign off on a nearly $3.8 million deal to end their wage-and-hour lawsuit against the automaker.

The settlement covers almost 68,000 people who worked at FCA US LLC — formerly Chrysler, now a Stellantis NV unit doing business as Stellantis North America — manufacturing facilities nationwide, the workers told the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Tuesday. They asked Judge Linda V. Parker to give the deal final approval.
