Word choice: various or varied?
The adjective various means 'many different'. It is followed by a plural noun.
Thank you for your email about the various training courses you offer.
I have experience in teaching children of various ages.
To describe something that changes between or contains several different things or types, don't say 'various', say varied:
The school organizes a rich and various social programme.
The school organizes a rich and varied social programme.
The menu is various and includes dishes from many different countries.
The menu is varied and includes dishes from many different countries.
