The connections between Nazi Otto Skorzenzy, Allen Dulles, Bill Donovan, Robert Maxwell, World Commerce Corporation, and UFOs: Part One
Hi all, another free one for now, thanks for reading and for any and all tips at my Buy Me a Coffee! link:
As I wrote recently, I can really use any help at all:
Recently, my friend Jason Samosa, who has quickly garnered a name for himself in digging into the UFO Legacy Program and especially the Collins Elite, uncovered the World Commerce Corporation, which was established in August 1945:
I followed up Jasonโs video with a post of my own about how the establishment of the WCC on August 13, 1945, was literally at exactly the same time as the term โMAJESTICโ was first coined and as Truman ordered the development of our nuclear propulsion program. This was pulled together from various lines of research folks on the small team Iโm a part had found themselves, and now with Jason and how much overlap there is between what heโs finding and what weโve all been digging into, it feels like weโre genuinely getting close to the heart of it all:
Last week Jesse Michels released a new interview with Jason in which they went over the WCC among many other things:
For anyone whoโs been following this Medium account and my research, youโll that my research partner Michael Armentor and I with the help of our friends have spent the last almost three years putting together the connections between OSS Chief and CIA Director Allen Dulles and OSS X-2 Head of Counterintelligence and later CIA Head of Counterintelligence James Angleton, starting with the 1933 Magenta, Italy crash-retrieval and its retrieval later immediately following the Liberation of Rome in June of 1944.
But even after all this work, somehow the World Commerce Corporation had never crossed our paths after spending so much time on Dulles and Bill Donovan. Otto Skorzenzy was only introduced to me fairly recently by my friend and fellow researcher Geoff Cruikshank, whoโs well-known in these circles for his outstanding work. Hereโs a clip of Jason and Jesse Michels talking about the WCC and its connection to the work of Thomas Townsend Brown in the Bahamas, and how Trump became controller of Resorts International in the 1970s.
According to Whitney Webb, Resorts International was used by Allen Dulles and John Foster Dulles in their day to essentially act as a transnational crime syndicate, something weโve heard Danny Sheehan bring up quite often as well.
I decided to cross-reference Jason and Jesseโs interview about WCC through our Moongraph tool and the 8000+ documents I have uploaded and connected in it:
Jason Samosa and Jesse Michels on the World Commerce Corporation โ Alignment with the Documentary Record
In the American Alchemy episode โThe UFO Cover-Up Leads to One Secret Society โ and One Final Event,โ Jesse Michels lays out an extended investigation into the World Commerce Corporation (WCC) to Jason Samosa, tracing it from its 1945 founding through the Bahamas, Resorts International, InterTel, Robert Maxwell, and finally to a claim about UFO secrecy attributed to Lockheedโs Ben Rich. Below is a breakdown of what the two discuss, checked against the independent documentary sources in the knowledge base.
The WCCโs founding board โ closely matches the documented record
Michels tells Samosa the WCC โwas created initially in 1945โฆ On the board, Donovan, Stevenson, [Allen] Dulles doing the legal counsel. Youโve got papal aristocracy on the board as wellโ. This aligns closely with the primary documentary sourcing: the WCC was incorporated August 13, 1945, directed by Sir William Stephenson and General William Donovan, with Allen Dulles serving as counsel alongside Frank Wisner. The interviewโs board description is essentially a compressed, accurate restatement of the documented structure.
Ricardo Sicre, Otto Skorzeny, and the โsecret societyโ thread
Michels goes further than the summary-level WCC document by naming WCC vice president Ricardo Sicre, describing him as a Spanish OSS-linked figure who lived in the same Spanish apartment complex as Otto Skorzeny and oil magnate Jake Hamon, and citing writer Robert Rourkeโs account of the three being part of โa secret society which strides the world.โ This is consistent with the documentary recordโs identification of Sicre as a WCC officer and OSS veteran, and with the broader Skorzeny literatureโs placement of Skorzeny within postwar Spanish intelligence-adjacent business circles, as included in Major Ralph P Ganisโs The Skorzenzy Papers:
Aline Griffithโs account: Skorzeny โtaking overโ WCC operations
The most direct interview claim tying Skorzeny to the WCC is Michelsโs account of Aline Griffithโs memoirs: she worked for WCC president Frank Ryan, describing the organization as functioning like a CIA front that was โits own thing,โ a precursor to Iran-Contra-style arms and drug smuggling through shell companies โ and that roughly eight or nine years in, โOtto Skorzeny came in and took over the operation,โ after which she gained access to resources and information she โdidnโt even want to knowโ about.
This directly parallels the documentary account of Skorzenyโs absorption into WCC-adjacent structures: SOFINDUS assets (run by Johannes Bernhardt, under the same Reich security apparatus that controlled Skorzenyโs commandos) were folded into the WCC, and upon Skorzenyโs arrival in Madrid in 1950 he partnered directly with Bernhardt, giving him โa covert paramilitary capability within the WCC structureโ. The interviewโs testimony-based account and the document-based institutional account converge on the same essential claim: Skorzeny moving from peripheral to operational control of WCC-linked business โ even though they draw on different sourcing (Griffithโs memoir versus the SAFEHAVEN/SOFINDUS paper trail).
The Bahamas, Resorts International, and InterTel โ independently corroborated
Michels traces the WCC forward to the Bahamas via the Hawksbill Creek Agreement (50,000 acres purchased from the Bahamian government to create an autonomous shell-company zone), a subsidiary called DEVCO he says was โcontrolled by the World Commerce Corporation,โ and William Stephensonโs meetings there with Thomas Townsend Brown. He then connects this to the Mary Carter Paint Companyโs conversion into Resorts International, whose subsidiary InterTel became โa private intelligence agencyโ employing former CIA and MI6 personnel, and notes Donald Trump briefly served as controller of Resorts International. This Resorts International/InterTel narrative is independently corroborated in the knowledge base by Jim Houganโs Spooks, which documents in detail how Resorts International president James Crosbyโs Intertel functioned as a private intelligence outfit tied to Howard Hughesโs custodianship, Nixon-era political operatives, and organized-crime-linked casino operations on Paradise Island:
The Spooks material does not itself draw an explicit line back to the WCCโs 1945 board, meaning that specific WCC-to-Resorts linkage in the interview is Michelsโs own synthesis rather than a claim repeated verbatim in that source.
Robert Maxwell, PROMIS, and the transnational network
Michels extends the network further to Robert Maxwell, arguing that โif you keep looking at the connection of all these companies, Robert Maxwell very quickly comes into frameโ alongside Resorts International, Permindex, and the WCC, and links this to the PROMIS software scandal (Maxwell allegedly selling backdoored software to Sandia Labs). Samosa responds by noting this would mean Maxwell โis systematically automatically siphoning off American nuclear secretsโ. The knowledge baseโs FBI files on Maxwell document intensive Bureau surveillance of his international travel and contacts as early as 1954
This supports the general premise of Maxwell being an intelligence-monitored figure, though the FBI file chunks retrieved do not themselves reference the WCC, Permindex, or PROMIS directly.
The UFO connection: Ben Richโs alleged โinternational corporate boardโ remark
The explicit UFO tie-in comes when Samosa recounts a claim about Lockheed Skunk Works chief Ben Rich: โat the end of his life, he was talking about UFOs and he was lamenting the fact that the UFO issue was governed by this international corporate board and was hoping that it would be taken under the kind of umbrella ofโฆ American intel and aerospace world.โ Michels frames this as the pivot point connecting the entire WCC/Resorts/Maxwell network to UFO secrecy specifically.
This aligns thematically with the separate WCC/UFO document in the knowledge base, which argues that Allen Dullesโs WCC role fed into his later custodianship of MJ-12 classification, citing a 1961 document signed by Dulles discussing withheld UFO intelligence and a 1960 re-affirmation of secrecy by Dulles and NSA Director Samford.
Assessment of alignment
The interviewโs account of the WCCโs founding board (Donovan, Stephenson, Dulles as counsel) is well-corroborated by primary documentary sourcing.
Peter Levenda and Dick Russell lay out the entire timeline of Allen Dulles and John Foster Dulles and their ties to Nazi money in Sinister Forces:
This is plenty of information for now, thanks for reading. Jumping right ahead to Part Two.
