Desc:
As a child, Millie was abused by her parents.  She has an older brother, duke, and the weird thing is that he has amnesia and he can't remember Millie (His vampire form can) .  They were separated as kids, duke being abandoned by his family.  While Duke was gone for years and her growing up, her parents have been treating her like a princess. Later, Millie ran away from home and found a place called Mad City.  She went there just to reunite with her brother.  She is now a permanent resident in MC, being close friends with Julie, Sarah, Maisy, and Susan.
Millie is the quiet type, and the intelligent type (Unlike Duke, who is a loudmouth xd) She can be frightened easily.  She has a phobia (Atychiphobia, Im sorry Insan ;<) For making the wrong choice.  She usually is a girly girl, wearing dress, and skirts...

Millie was named after Mildred, a character from the book I read for english, Fahrenheit 451
