Today I said goodbye to my work family of six years. WOW...what a journey it's been. I started in the throes of COVID, so I wasn't just navigating a brand new role, I was also still finding my feet in a new country, dealing with the uncertainty of immigration, and trying to build relationships without even being able to visit site for months. Monumental doesn't even begin to describe what 2020 was. Looking back now, I'm incredibly grateful. Grateful for everything I've learned, the people I've met, the trust that was built, and the friendships I'll carry with me long after today. Work really does become a second home when you spend so much of your life there. It certainly wasn't always easy. There were long days, difficult conversations, challenges that tested me, and projects that felt impossible at times. But through it all, I never lost sight of what it was really about. Every project, every roster, every problem solved, every conversation... it meant someone had a job to go to. It meant food on a family's table, bills being paid, and hopefully a little less stress for someone who needed it. That's something I've always been proud to be part of. To everyone I've worked alongside over the past six years - THANK YOU 🩷. Thank you for the laughs, the support, the patience, the lessons, the love and for making even the toughest days worthwhile. As one chapter closes, another begins. I'll always look back on this part of my journey with a full heart, a lot of gratitude, and some pretty special memories. Here's to new beginnings...but I'll definitely miss this incredible team.🩷 #PERSOL #WorkandSmile
