I got a non-judicial e-stamp with everything mentioned; apology, confirmation of not repeating this, if repeated, legal action, company name, etc. Apart from this, I got an official email from HDFC and their higher grievance officer with the same mentioned things. They also provided proof of actions taken on their end regarding Raghavendra.
