My biggest advice for anyone trying to go big is to become a partisan hack. You have to go full bore, like Candace Owens. Libertarianism is the art of pissing everybody off and appealing to nobody. Just pick your team colors and wear them like the most annoying football fan.

Can you address this after HE's repeated requests for you to remove AUP violating content such as PII to a login wall?
You seem to act like this or the thousands of emails before it asking that never happened.

get a court order if it's so evil and bad otherwise you're just agreeing with him that core infrastructure companies can arbitrarily deny service to legal websites

companies can deny people service for violating the AUP and TOS both of which are legally binding agreements you agree to when using their services.

yes we are in agreement that a handful of companies can make a person who has broken zero laws not able to participate in society through denial of basic essential services

The 2nd amendment does not protect you from companies it protects you from the government.
HE has no legal obligation to serve someone they don't want to.

1st amendment, and i hope you understand we are still in agreement that megacorps can unperson someone at will for whatever reason they like without a court order or criminal charges

KF is not censored they are just not able to use the cheaper option as the cheaper option is for people willing to play ball
the Censorship isn't coming from Companies its coming from random independents DDOSing the website.

denying ddos protection services is equivalent to censorship and cloudflare permanently denies service to KF because of the "imminent threat to human life" that was a deleted 4chan screenshot, nothing to do with "playing ball"

they are NOT denied DDOS protections they are required to host them as the providers do not want to offer services to them. playing ball affords you ease of use and ease of access. Nothing actually stops them from making their own DDOS protection except for funding. (not a right)

if you wanted to buy a 2026 GMC Sierra like I just did but where not able to afford it would it be GMC's fault? no of course fucking not.

Hosting your own DDOS protections is prohibitively expensive but not actually restricted. Registar services are technically protected as you can't just make your own registar and registars are actually a government regulated thing.

being able to afford something isn't a right. and NOBODY is being censored. legally speaking (not legal advice) afaik the users are not considered as independent creators as KF ignores abuse and DMCA requests to a unlawful extent, while not criminal this forefits UGC protections.
1
26
you however CAN argue KF is civilly liable for all postings. the only reason they haven't been sued is because the corp structuring for it is done in such a way it makes it very hard if not impossible to sue them.

josh and kf are in multiple lawsuits regarding kf right now and many users on kf are being sued by fong-jones right now

Haven't looked into them yet but those may actually end KF legally. all it takes is KF being proven as not UGC protected (since it routinely fails to take the actions needed to retain UGC protection) if KF loses the UGC protections all it takes is someone posting CP to end it.

UGC protections hold the poster accountable instead of the host. platforms that fail to maintain their UGC protections (which are automatically aforded) are then responsible for all postings even if they remove them in a timespan that would otherwise maintain a UGC protection.

Null won't do much legally because KF realistically doesn't have UGC protections anymore they've just not been proven in a court yet. if he does anything in a court and they decide to review his UGC protections KF is gone.
