does anyone know accredited lawyers in case law, UGC protections, and DMCA? I'm willing to pay upto $500K in total for a detailed write up on the legality of KiwiFarms.

If null would share the cloudflare termination email it would explain a lot but null has a tendency to pretend KF doesn't get termination emails (mabye he doesn't maintain a abuse email but thats illegal under icann)
either null does get them or KF operates illegally.
Null won't do much legally because KF realistically doesn't have UGC protections anymore they've just not been proven in a court yet. if he does anything in a court and they decide to review his UGC protections KF is gone.

UGC protections hold the poster accountable instead of the host. platforms that fail to maintain their UGC protections (which are automatically aforded) are then responsible for all postings even if they remove them in a timespan that would otherwise maintain a UGC protection.

Haven't looked into them yet but those may actually end KF legally. all it takes is KF being proven as not UGC protected (since it routinely fails to take the actions needed to retain UGC protection) if KF loses the UGC protections all it takes is someone posting CP to end it.

KF only legally is able to exist because of the UGC protections it is in a grey area for. a court has not proven it is not eligible for them so it is still UGC protected, even if many actions would forefit them. If KF loses those protections they're going under legally.
I have studied law while not a lawyer (so not legal advice) what I would personally try is making KF become a news organization (but that revokes ALL UGC protections too). It could entirely change how KF is treated in a court.

Case law has routinely proven companies can be held liable for DISCRIMINATORY DOS. however nothing about KF has a title X protection.
Under biden this actually may have been possible to prove as discriminatory in a federal court but the way trump has changed Title X changes that

Cloudflare almost certainty cited why they did it in an email to both Abuse@Kiwifarms.net and Legal@Kiwifarms.net (as this is the reasonable expectation for a provider to do)
it was done for AUP violations after pressure by public boycotts.

if it was for belief then that would be discriminatory and null would have grounds to sue (though still not be able to compel cloudflare) however cloudflare could be forced to cover much of the cost of self hosting DDOS protection for KF is the case.

I dumped about $30K into having 2 attorneys specialized in case law into researching what process it would take to actually serve KF. it is prohibitively expensive for the people KF typically targets. Null and mods routinely remove threads about people with the cash to sue.
you however CAN argue KF is civilly liable for all postings. the only reason they haven't been sued is because the corp structuring for it is done in such a way it makes it very hard if not impossible to sue them.

being able to afford something isn't a right. and NOBODY is being censored. legally speaking (not legal advice) afaik the users are not considered as independent creators as KF ignores abuse and DMCA requests to a unlawful extent, while not criminal this forefits UGC protections.

Hosting your own DDOS protections is prohibitively expensive but not actually restricted. Registar services are technically protected as you can't just make your own registar and registars are actually a government regulated thing.
