I agree with you. I filed this case already with various AGs and ORBs at this point.
From a legal perspective, this matter is very simple.
The contract between you and Roblox mandates Arbitration as per section 13, unless you opted out within 30 days of account creation. There is an exception for matters within the jurisdiction of the small claims court in San Mateo, CA.
In California, you can only sue in small claims court for money matters, not for equitable relief (i.e., having your account reinstated).
Thus, if you have a positive balance in your account (i.e. Robux that you paid for), you may be able to sue for a refund. That's it, and that's that. For everything else, you must use the arbitration procedure.
