Either way they'll collect dust at the house or on a shelf at the funeral home until *maybe* the director stuck with the county case gets sick of all the unclaimed remains and disposes of them as per state requirements. (not uncommon in the funeral industry when I worked in it)

This is interesting and will try to dig around a bit more. In the meantime I did find documents regarding separate incidents involving Sisters Hospital in Buffalo and Checkers in Tonawanda. I'm guessing they were shared before but there seems to be an upswing in attention and new eyes on this. I'm going to share the links for now just because I haven't had the chance to pour through everything yet but will attempt summaries, etc.



ETA: The Checkers one seems to be a slip and fall. In December. In Buffalo. Which is frankly par for existing in the region for said time for year. He somehow got a lawyer to take the case to sue the restaurant. Ended up with a discontinuance. A lot of work for someone who deems themselves 'incompetent.'

The other one is related to his time at Sisters Hospital Buffalo in 2024. The filed documents aren't available to view. I'll be honest and say I'm not familiar with FOIA requests, etc, but would be willing to for this or the situation @Spawn of Dangerhair posted if not already archived and I'm just being dumb.

This is why I love rage videos from andy, because that's the only time we get to see the real andy. No lisping, no baby talk, no stimming, he lets the entire act drop and we get to see him as he really is. He's just a foul mouthed, ABDL freak doing everything he can to make everyone's life miserable because if he's not happy in life, no one else should be.

The Sisters' Hospital case got dropped when he fled to Cleveland.

He demanded a guardian. Sisters' called his bluff, and were willing to petition to assume temporary guardianship over him, and apparently on figuring out what that entailed, Amby didn't like that.

He was afraid if they DID assume guardianship, Sisters' would send him right back to Newfane, which he had just broken out of. He had also just broken Tawm's ribs, Mawm was dying, and Joe was in no mood to have him back, so Amby had been living out of hospitals for over a month.

He dropped his act, and became Sovcit Amby. Sisters' discharged him, as he wished, to the bus shelter.

He then used the credit card he stole from Tawm to flee to Erie.

The justice system works slow. With people like Andy, real slow. The longer he stays where he is? The more likely he's gonna be clapped.

Thanks so much for the clarification! I was aware of general lore of what happens with Sisters but did not know anything was actually filed. That was absolutely a wild time and I felt so bad for those nurses.

I'm still surprised of the 3 states it's PA that has enabled so much though NY *did* tolerate a lot even if he didn't get precisely what he wanted.

Not at all surprised. On the other hand I'm surprised someone was willing to even attempt to take the case unless it was something like him playing up the baby/retard talk and lawyer got distracted with that thinking something like 'oh, this is a business ignoring it because it's a vulnerable person' only to discover it was absolute bullshit. I mean we know how he presented his life altering, death defying bike "accident."

However, it seems the firm also specializes in medical malpractice and things like SSD/SSDI so maybe he was already acquainted with them through something or maybe his case manager from WNY Independent Living as again from what I've read they seemed to buy into his plight.

I think he probably did get hit, because the way he tries to replicate it every time he runs into resistance or trouble. It was the one time where he was a victim and everyone pitied him and helped him. He wants that back so badly he'll lay in a street and hope he gets hurt. He's claimed to have been hit over seven times. It's another example of his cargo cult thought process. He thinks replicating something, in other words faking, makes it so. Magical cargo cult thinking describes pretty much everything he does.

Nobody talks about Andy all day long. Ever. Just because he spends hours with AI to get it to say what he wants, composing posts to manipulate and lie and plotting against his family, caregivers, police and anyone unfortunate enough to cross his path doesn't mean everyone else does. I'd guess the average poster on this thread spends less than ten minutes creating a post.
If Andy was really autistic he'd know this by the date and time stamps, which he never refers to. Quoting his own words and medical records is neither rumor or projection.

TLDR: Andrew Ditch is fake and has only two diagnosed medical conditions. He is obese and has Schizoaffective disorder.
