Author's Commentary: My Magnum Opus continues to get Magnum-er and Opus-er, there weren't that many changes to the org in the last 4ish months, so I took the time to do a whole heap of cleaning up of the chart to make it less of a convoluted mess (It's still a mess, just less so)
