Agree except for the mutual aid part-- i think your statement applies more to charity. While charity requires the consolidation of resources within the system to be distributed to those who are denied access to it, thereby serving as PR for the system and perpetuating the hierarchy it serves to maintain, mutual aid requires reciprocity, fundamentally altering the dynamic from "haves releasing a pressure valve for the immiserated" to "collective action". It also has the potential to build collectives and undercut market dependence, atomization, and alienation.
Things can be indirectly revolutionary: that is, they can snowball. Small acts of resistance do matter-- not everyone can or should be a trigger puller. Things that undercut the main mechanisms by which the system manifests and enforces itself are just as important as direct, conscious action to tear it down.
Forming real relationships and addressing material needs matters. Charity provides a drip tap. Mutual aid creates a supply chain.
