Hey Flork, totally understand and very reasonable question here we dont take it in a snarky sense at all. What was acquired we're the social media platforms - along with ownership over the branding. The reason we acquired Luminara is to expand SOLARIS further into VTubing, specifically, an agency dedicated to it.
Right now, SOLARIS's core operations are concentrated in gaming with our IRL creators. Acquiring Luminara lets us build a platform exclusively for VTubers, giving them their own space with resources and support tailored to what they actually need, rather than being folded into a broader roster.
We appreciate you and others asking directly rather than assuming, as we're here to be transparent!
