I think only another breast lift with put them back in line with the implants again. Your scars don't look bad at all, so there's that at least. I'm not a Dr though.
I would make sure you are done changing weight (if it was an intentional journey) before getting them done

You might be able to get away with a higher profile and higher volume implant but with additional weight comes the additional effects of gravity. If I was going to have another surgery, I’d probably get a revision
Okay thank you. But would another implant “fill out” the flat sagging under the nipples? I dont mind them sagging, as long as the shape is consistent and the nipples at a natural placement

Did you ask for them to be so long and square-shaped and flat to the body?
If so, they look fine. If not, I’d take this as an opportunity to get a new set. Something tear drop shaped might be nice with your new body?
The longness and flatness is because of weight loss. I was happy about them before that. But yeah tear drops would propably be better
They use the same scar line. ( I’m on my 4 th set)

You may be able to get away with new implants I would go with high profile to give you the projection to even them out.
