I'm so sorry it has had to come to this. My only experience with Novel Horizons has been horrific. Finally got my figure and I'm very grateful, but I was supposed to get the figure in FEBRUARY(recieved it last week) Sent emails upon emails asking about it in Feb. They replied a month later with no answer on when it would ship, just that it would eventually. Again, I love my figure, but they really need to do better.

The problem with this is that money was taken so long ago that most banks will not proccess a chargeback, Novel needs to start handing out refunds themselves not push the responsibility onto the consumer.

On their blog in March, they said this... So now telling people to do charge backs? Not everyone will be able to do so they just lose out?

Now that it's back to a reasonable ish 60 an ounce they're giving up? That's very disappointing. Even random anons from 4chan and the Kiwifarms guy can fulfill their orders. I don't have access to the PayPal I bought with so it's just a complete loss.

I have a destroyed filian statue riddled with paint app issues they REFUSE to acknowledge. They have not answered any forms of communication I have attempted with them. Because it took two fucking years for it to get to me I can't even do a bank charge back for it so I'm stuck.

This has been an interesting to watch and thanks for wanting to create such a unique experience and merch for us. I loved the streams and bits that came from this. I hope folks are nice and understanding despite the inconvenience. 🫂
