We had a multiple drive failure in our serve raid and needed data that did not make it into the backups. Shipped the drives off to WeRecoverData and they quickly got back to us with an estimate. Once we sorted out the pricing piece they were off and running. Two days later I was sent a list of files they were able to recover, which was everything! We are extremely pleased with the service we received and of course ecstatic that they were able to recover the entire RAID. The place was a little hard to find in Tivoli Village (just ask for directions to David Bartons Gym, and then head to the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd). Overall it was a pretty easy process, I dropped off my hard drive that had stopped working and they overnighted it (for free) to their labs. Within a day they had gotten back to me with an estimate, and it only took a few days after that to recover my data.

I had an external drive that broke many years ago and I waited to find a company to recover the data. I picked WeRecoverData due to the local offices all around the country. Seemed like a legit business... I dropped off my drive in person and the process started. I appreciate greatly getting a replacement drive in return (for a small cost) with all the data as originally saved. I was surprised honestly. But relieved. This service isn't cheap and probably varies based on the recovery device, but, overall, worked for me and what I paid was worth it. I have a second drive I'm going to send out as well for the same. From start to finish, it did take month to complete it seems due to the amount of data, but, no hurry as the drive was broken for, like 10 years? Something like that. Anyway, thats that. Very happy with our experience with WeRecoverData Data Recovery. My spouse's phone (Galaxy S10e) was stuck in a bootloop after an update, which made all of the data unrecoverable. We tried a number of measures to regain access to the phone, including rolling back the update and reinstalling the prior firmware, none of which were successful. We eventually sent the phone to WeRecoverData Data Recovery, and they were able to recover all of our files successfully.
My external hard drive failed unexpectedly and was deemed unreadable by multiple computers using different operating systems. I was devastated to find out that I had lost all of my data and that there was nothing that Apple could do to save the last 6 years of my life in photos and videos. I like many others always intended on backing up my data. I thought that there was nothing that I could do. I came home and googled "data recovery", and WeRecoverData came up.
