We the Distajos miss our mom. Aunty Mina and our mom were Best friends for Life and even beyond. My mom lives in my Aunty!
They graduated from McKinley High School Class of 1930 and worked together at Libby's Pineapple Cannery as trimmers for most of their lives. Aunty Mina came and helped to take care of our mom in her last years. Aunty Mina treated us as if we were her own for all of our lives! She loved our mother and she loved us! We were so blessed!
