I just got fired for -5 and I’m pissed at myself, create some type of LOA case and while they’re waiting on your documentation just work yourself back out of the negatives. Also make sure to respond to the NUPT email, something regarding your health or someone very close to you. my dumb ass ruined it for myself by telling them I got in a car accident and it was an issue with my car and not me. 😭 after 11 months being seasonal, I was finally a blue badge coming up on one year raise this month. tweakedddddd. I survived layoff season as a seasonal/white badge on maternity leave last year in an at-will employment state, and they even let me extend it a month due to minor complications. I came back mid-Feb and got my blue badge about a little over a month after! I won’t say they can’t, because I honestly don’t know, but they have very little reason to. I’m okay with overtime when needed obviously, and WORK IT. 60 hours is just excessive. esp with all the new seasonals and never enough stations to staff people. we’re on 55s. but if they had us on this schedule. yeah, absolutely looking for something else. always end up back at amazon tho so what the fuck does that tell you. yeah. everywhere sucks, amazon actually sucks the least in my situation.

exactly. small portion of the year. I can deal with it. lol. whole reason I like working at amazon is the time off and only working 4 days a week. name me 10 people you know who enjoy every single aspect of their job from clock in to clock out please.
