Yeah. Would probably eat more if I had more money. Used to be able to cook pretty well but the last few years whenever I've eaten something it's been some pre-made thing usually. Not like normal frozen section pre-made shit but like the little area some places have where they have people hired to make food and then put it in those takeout box things meant to either be re-heated in the oven or microwave. OR straight up cooked in the oven/grill due to the meat being raw. They usually have a lot of vegetables in them.

Really need to regain my confidence with cooking shit someday but that'd require a steady amount of supplies to pull from and people aside from me to be eating stuff so it doesn't just sit in the fucking fridge and go bad.

Nigger what? Get a tray of cheap chicken breasts. You can get a ton from walmart for like ten bucks. Butter up a pan (generously), heat to medium, then get that shit on there. Put some lemon and lime juice on it, salt & pepper, oregano, and parsley. Do it up for seven minutes, flip and repeat. Cut in halves if it's too thick to cook through all the way then cook up the pink side for three minutes. Done.

If you want more, take out the chicken, sizzle up some garlic until fragrant in all that nice juice you got in the pan. Throw in a few tablespoons of flour and get it to absorb all that. Add some worcestershire and cheap whiskey, stir that around, and throw in a cup of milk and cream. Stir until you get a thick ass gravy. Serve it over the meat and whatever side you want.

Pan mention made me realize I didn't specify that. My confidence isn't the oven but rather the stove I should have made that more clear. Like I used to be able to do really good for that kinda thing that's like vegetables and meat and shit thrown in there and cooked in various forms. I don't think it was stir fry but I'm trying to remember the name of the thing now.
